We went there one summer, we drove around, and tried to get out doing some walking around but it was a bit too ticky! So is the winter the better time to visit Sax/Zim?
In winter, especially this year, we're more likely to see Great Gray Owls, Northern Hawk Owls, Boreal Chickadees, and Black-backed Woodpeckers.
